So I think I've finally come up with a somewhat solid plan for what I'm going to do with my life...it's about time, I know. Let's just hope it all works out!!!
Right now, I'm searching for a job. I don't really care what it is, I just need to start saving some money. I have an interview set up with target, and bath and body just called, so hopefully I'll end up with a job.
I'm planning on moving to Utah in March. February if Susan has her way, but probably March :) If my family will still have me, I'll crash at one of their places until April, which is when Susans lease is up, at which point I will move into an apartment with her. The good thing about getting a job at Target or Bath and Body is that they have those stores in Provo, so hopefully I'd be able to transfer and at least have a source of income when I first get there. Starting in March I will begin the search for a better job (considering i actually do HAVE a degree) and hopefully with success, but jobs are hard to come by these days. I will buy a very cheap car that will simply serve as a way to transport me from place to place.
I will then live in Utah for a year so that I can gain residency. During this year I will work and play and have fun. After the year is up I will attend UVU (now cheaper cuz I have residency) and apply for their graphic design program, at which point I will work on getting a degree I can actually use to hopefully get me a big person job. :)
(I would go to BYU for their media arts program, which is what I REALLY want to do, but alas, they won't take me since I've already graduated from Idaho)
CONDENSED VERSION:
1. Move to Utah in March
2. Find an Apt and a CHEAP car
3. Work for a Year and Gain Residency
4. Go to UVU
5. Graduate with a Degree in Graphic Design. WooWoo!
6. Get an awesome job that pays me big money for being so good at what I do :)
